Services at BEMCO include complete repair/rebuild of pool and spa pumps, domestic and commercial irrigation pumps, heating and cooling circulation pumps. Air moving motors make up a large part of our repair and replacement motor work. If a motor is not feasible to repair, chances are we have a replacement available. BEMCO features a complete in-house machine shop, capable of
repairing or remanufacturing many types of industrial
equipment parts, large and small. We stock many sizes
of shafting, including stainless steel, to fit your pump shaft
or fan shaft needs. The machine shop division can take
care of all of your machine shop needs in a professional
and timely manner.
BEMCO's machine shop is capable of most operations including:
-Welding
-Lathe work
-Milling
-Computerized dynamic balancing
-Spray welding
Our rewind department is capable of winding small single
phase specialty motors on up to large 3 phase motors to approximately
500 hp.
Dynamic Balancing - is a computer driven method of spinning an item near at expected speed, while readjusting balance weights until vibration is within acceptable limits.
Laser Alignment - is a method aligning couplers to acceptable limits within coupler manufactures specifications.
Vibration Analysis - is typically used to generate a baseline of equipment vibration to be used for predictive maintenance.

The standard lever grease gun equals about .05 ounces
per pump (i.e. 10 pumps = .5 ounces; 20 pumps = 1.0
ounces)
*Note: if a ball bearing is already noisy, greasing it is only a temporary fix, as the wear in the bearing is already there.
